loooove this dress! But I think it runs a little big! I am usually in between a small and medium. I went with the small because the style of dress but think I could have even done an XS. Regardless, I love it.

Still haven't received the shoes my daughter ordered on May 22.

Love this store. Jessica was extremely helpful. She knows what the store carries and is a great stylist. The store had a great collection of things for me at 49 and my daughter who is 18. The staff is very friendly at the store in Salt Lake Fashion Place mall.

Great styles and products! Took a little longer than expected to receive my order, but overall - I'm very happy with my clothing!

One order came quickly and exactly as ordered. The other has taken over a week and a half and no one has answered my emails about where it could be. It wouldn’t be a big deal but I traveled to Utah from out of state so if it doesn’t come within the next few days I don’t have a dress for the wedding and it will be extremely difficult for me to return the late dress because I don’t actually live at the address it was sent to. I just want someone to answer my request for customer service

I think that your clothing is great and your prices are fair but you don't have anything that I want in my size (M) and that is frustrating. I had to return a pair of sandals and customer service was great. I just wish that you had the tops that I want in my size!

Rude customer service. Return policy doesn't state that international have to pay return shipping. When asking about it received no response. Paid the money to ship it back for refund and conveniently never made it past "out for delivery" to bohme. Also took almost a month to arrive (ordered Feb 22, arrived march 16)

I have sent two emails to customer service and have not received a response. I like Bohmes clothing and accessories but customer service response to answer questions is bad!

Such a cute sweater, but is SO itchy. I wish I could keep it, but I know that if I can't even stand the itchiness while trying it on, I won't be able to wear it for an entire day. So sad, but I will have to return it.

I love the matching set I got, but my customer service experience was weird. I ordered a matching set and when it came, there was only the top. I emailed customer service and got a prompt reply that this was an error and that they would refund my order, but I was able to keep the top. This is fine, but I still wanted to bottom. So I responded to see if it was an option for them to just send me the bottom- as I didn’t want a refund as much as I wanted the outfit. I got no reply, the refund was processed, and I eventually reordered the set. I love the set and my customer service experience wasn’t necessarily bad, just a little weird.

I am trying to do a return I was not sent a invoice and I keep emailing bohme and nothing. I have reached out on social media and they are no help. I dont think this company is legit. For some reason my email address "cant be found"
